Lions Club donates to library

The Lions Club of New Ulm recently donated $1,000 to the New Ulm Public Library. These funds will be used to purchase 60 to 70 Large Print Books. This donation was made possible by the attendance at the Lions recent Dad’s Belgian Waffle Brunch fund raiser. The Lions also support the Low Vision Project at the New Ulm Public Library. Various devices and magnifiers are available for loan to anyone who is having difficulty reading and doing everyday chores due to diminished eyesight.
