Oakwood Church gives to Crisis Nursery

Submitted photo Oakwood Church, to help fulfill their mission statement to “Transform Lives with Love and Faith in Jesus,” recently held a Spaghetti Supper to raise money and recruit volunteers for the Southern Minnesota Crisis Nursery. A total of $1,500 was donated after expenses. The purpose of the Southern MN Crisis Nursery is to provide 24-hour care for children ages 0-12 in a safe and loving environment while supporting families who are experiencing a stressful situation. SMNCN is an independent non-profit organization, run by a board of 12 volunteers. To donate or volunteer, check out their website at: smncrisisnursery.org.
