In Appreciation: Oak Hills Foundation Thanks Community

On Feb. 11, the 16th Annual Oak Hills Bowling Classic fund-raiser at Concordia Lanes in New Ulm raised $11,000.00 for new technology, iPads, iPods and software for staff to provide therapy for residents.

The Classic filled all 16 bowling lanes with 96 bowlers. There was a live auction with local auctioneer Joe Maidl, a silent auction, a bake sale and a dinner from Gutes Essen Deli & Catering. Many businesses and individuals provided live and silent auction items, as well as team prizes and Action Team funds from Thrivent.

Lane sponsors at the Kingpin level of $400 and over were: CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Citizens Bank Minnesota and United Prairie Bank.

Lane sponsors at the Strike level of $200-$399 were: Alliance Bank, Community Insurance Agency, Fischer Law, PA, Full Service Electric, Green Mill Best Western Plus, Horizon Agency, Inc., LeadingAge Minnesota Solutions and M.R. Paving & Excavating.
