City cemetery thanks thanks flags volunteers
We would like to thank all the people that helped us put up and take down the flags along Cemetery Ave and Soldiers Rest. We put up over 400 flags this year and without the help of the volunteers this would not have been possible. We had volunteers from MVL; Boy Scouts; NU Public Social Studies Class; families that came out and helped; all the volunteers.
This is such a nice way of a community coming together and helping us remember our lost veterans that gave their life so that we can enjoy the Freedom that we have today.
Bert Marth; Les Wiltscheck; Paul Meidl; Randy Wiltscheck; and Wil Burdorf would personally thank everyone.
